Das IHP beschäftigt ca. 330 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Es verfügt über eine Pilotlinie für technologische Entwicklungen und die Präparation von Hochgeschwindigkeits-Schaltkreisen mit 0,13/0,25 µm-BiCMOS-Technologien, die sich in einem 1000 m² großen Reinraum der Klasse 1 befindet.

Student Assistant (m/f/d) for Projects Communications and Visibility

Tasks:

We are seeking a working student in the field of communications, content, and public relations. The position supports ongoing research and innovation activities in projects including:

  • MobiRobA I– intelligent robotics and artificial intelligence systems
  • SmartRiver – data-driven intelligent systems for the Oder region
  • SensorNet – distributed sensing and intelligent monitoring platforms

In this role, you will assist with day-to-day editorial and channel management and actively contribute to increasing the visibility of the research projects. You will plan, create, and publish content for various channels, particularly LinkedIn, and contribute to the further development of external communications and events. A key part of your work will be presenting research content in a clear and accessible manner tailored to specific audiences, both in terms of content and visual design. In addition, you will help create project materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, and contribute to editorial planning and the structuring of topics. Through your research and the
preparation of relevant content, you will help make scientific findings accessible and strengthen the connection between science and business.

Requirements:

You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in a program related to communication, media, marketing, or a related field, and have a strong interest in public relations and science communication. You have excellent written communication skills in both German and English and are able to present complex content in a clear and accessible manner tailored to specific audiences. You’re a creative person with a keen eye for design, and you work independently, in an organized and reliable manner. Ideally, you’ve already gained some experience in content creation as well as content or social media marketing, preferably in technical areas such as AI and sensor systems.
