Description
Our IT team is responsible for managing and maintaining the operational integrity of ablefy's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of laptops, networks, servers, and software. They proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to minimize downtime and ensure data security.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues that arise within the office environment. This includes fixing hardware and software problems, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and providing technical support to end-users.
  • Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts as needed, ensuring that employees have the appropriate access to resources and applications. This includes password resets and access permissions.
  • Preparing On- & Offboardings (managing accounts, mobile device management, etc.).
  • Be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing mobile-managed devices. This can include setting up email on mobile devices, applying security policies, and troubleshooting mobile-related issues.

Requirements:

  • You are studying for a degree in IT, or have just finished one, and have a strong interest in the field of IT.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in the IT sector.
  • You have experience in managing GSuite and administrating Mac OSx / iOS.
  • You are customer-obsessed and want to get things done.
  • You are fluent in business-level English, our internal working language. German would be a big plus.
  • You can stay calm and positive under pressure.
  • You are eager to suggest new ideas and solutions.
